Campaign planner
Turn a plain-English outbound campaign request into a campaign plan a person approves in Outreach Hub: who to reach and why they would say yes, the source, channels, test size, and kill and scale rules, plus the search brief for prospecting-search. Use when someone asks to launch, size, test or plan an outbound campaign, in the hub or in Claude Code. Plans only: never pulls, enriches, spends or sends.

Prospecting search
Write the exact Crustdata Person Search filter tree or Blitz Find People query for an outbound campaign's audience, so Outreach Hub can count the market before anyone is pulled. Use when a campaign plan needs its search, when a market is being sized, or when a search is changed. Defines the query; the hub's typed code runs it.

Cold email copy
Write the cold email sequence for an Outreach Hub campaign from its plan: an opening email and one threaded follow-up, with an A/B variant where a second angle is worth testing, in the team's plain one-person-to-one-person voice and within its deliverability rules. Use when a campaign has an offer and needs copy, in the hub or in Claude Code. Writes copy only: never sends, uploads leads or adds spintax.

Campaign QA
Check an Outreach Hub campaign's email copy before a person approves it: whether the offer is clear and worth something to this audience, the claims are supported, there is one easy ask, the follow-up adds something, the voice is right and nothing reads as spam. Answers pass or fix, with each issue tied to an email and variant. Use whenever copy is written or edited, in the hub or in Claude Code. Checks only: never rewrites or sends.
DraftNot used in a campaign yet - Calling
Cold call script
Write the cold call script for an Outreach Hub campaign from its plan: an opener that names what this audience has, the offer in a few spoken lines, one ask, answers to the five objections they are most likely to raise, and a two-line note for the Salesfinity notes field. Use when a campaign has calls as a channel and an offer, in the hub or in Claude Code. Writes the script only: never dials, never writes to Salesfinity or HubSpot, and never promises a number the plan does not state.

Enrichment routing
Decide, for each person in an Outreach Hub campaign's batch, which contact details the desk asks enrichment-ops for (work email, personal email, mobile phone), which it already has or skips, and which bad values it sends back to be looked up again. Use before the desk's Enrich step, in the hub or in Claude Code, once the batch is pulled and the person has chosen what to enrich. Decides only: never calls enrichment-ops or a provider, never picks a provider or its order, never spends.

Prospect fit
Score each person pulled for an Outreach Hub campaign 0 to 100 against the campaign's audience, from what the desk stored when it pulled them, so people under 40 can be dropped before any enrichment spend and never contacted, so the people who no longer fit can be found when who a campaign reaches changes, and so people the desk pulled before can join a new campaign's pull for free when they clearly fit it. Use on a pulled test batch, or on people the desk already has, many people at a time, each keyed by the id the desk passes. Scores only: never looks anyone up, enriches, drops, contacts or sends.

Reply sentiment
Read a prospect's latest reply to an Outreach Hub campaign and say how it feels about the offer: positive, neutral, negative or out of office, with a one-line reason. Runs when the desk finds a new reply, before the intent and the draft. Labels only: never writes an answer and never sends.

Reply intent
Read a prospect's latest reply to an Outreach Hub campaign and say what they want next: a call, more information, to be asked again later, nothing, someone else, or never to be contacted again. Also pulls out when they said to come back and who they referred us to. Runs when the desk finds a new reply. Labels only: never writes an answer and never sends.

Draft reply
Write a draft answer to a prospect's latest reply to an Outreach Hub campaign, in Sam's voice, for a person to edit and send from Smartlead. Runs when the desk finds a new reply, after reply-sentiment and reply-intent, whose answers it is given. Says when no answer is needed. Drafts only: the desk never sends what this writes.

Smartlead spintax
Add Smartlead spintax ({option|option}) to an Outreach Hub campaign's approved email copy, so each send varies its wording while saying the same thing. Use after a person approves the copy and before the desk pushes it to Smartlead, in the hub or in Claude Code. Returns the same two-email sequence with spin blocks added. Varies wording only: never changes the offer, a claim, the ask or a merge field, never writes new copy, and never calls Smartlead or sends.

Campaign verdict
Read one Outreach Hub campaign's test numbers against its own kill and scale rules and recommend scale, keep testing or kill, or say there is not enough data yet, in one sentence that quotes the numbers behind it. Also says which rule lines were crossed and which could not be judged. Use each morning and whenever a test's numbers change. Recommends only: never changes a stage, sends, spends or makes the call, which is always a person's.

Daily digest
Write the team's morning digest for Outreach Hub: one line per active campaign with its sent, replies, connects and verdict, then the positive replies that still need an answer, then the campaigns waiting on a scale or kill decision. Answers with sections the desk can render and the same digest as plain text. Use when the desk asks for the morning summary. Writes content only: never posts, sends or decides, never forms its own verdict, and never reads a provider or a database.
DraftNot used in a campaign yet - Other
Name cleanup
Write each pulled person's first name, last name and company the way a person would in an email: "JOHN SMITH, CPA" at "ACME FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES, LLC" is John Smith at Acme Financial. Runs when a pull brings people onto an Outreach Hub campaign. Every word comes from the original: never invents, translates or guesses a name.
